Team O will be running some skills clinics. You don't need to be on the team to participate. Sunday, March 2nd at 1 p.m. at Evergreen, we'll do our first clinic, throwing. Agenda goes like this:
1 pm warmup and stretch
1:15 demonstration of throwing and faking throwing
1:30 throwing drill
1:45 frisbee limbo
